Loans worth Rs 925 Cr disbursed in one day

Union Ministry of Finance under the Abhiyan financial assistance on the occasion of Aazadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, 78,824 people in the state will receive a loan of Rs 2,824 Crore. Of which Rs 925 crore was disbursed to 24,000 people in Aurangabad district by Union Minister of State for Finance Dr Bhagwat Karad and District Collector Sunil Chavan here at a fair bank loans organized in Sant Eknath Rangmandir on Monday. Executive Director, Bank of Maharashtra AB Vijayakumar, Managing Director of Bank of Maharashtra Vijay Kamble, Member Secretary of State Banking Committee RD Deshmukh, TM Mini of Bank of Badoda, Chairman of Maharashtra Rural Bank Milind Gharad , Managing Director of State Bank of India Marry Sagaya, BoM Division Manager Mahesh Dange and others were present.

Loans from Rs 3L to Rs 11 Cr disbursed

At the loan fair, loans were given to individuals, self-help groups, industries, food processing, agriculture, individuals, mudra loans and other kinds. A total of Rs 925 crores in loans were disbursed in one day. During the time of Congress, there was no such transparency in the disbursement of loans, he alleged.

Pointing his gun at Minister of State (MoS) for Finance Bhagwat Karad, MP Imtiaz Jaleel said, “Loan fairs are held to gain political ground. Loans are disbursed to activists. Hence, it is obvious that on the Rs 2,900 crore loan, the payback would not be more than 20-30%. The Bankers Association had objected to such loans and mentioned in their complaint that the Union Minister had held similar fairs in the past, the MP said.

Banks will be in danger

Even under congressional rule, these types of loan fairs were held and loans were disbursed in large numbers. The current Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance then opposed it all their life. Today, loans disbursed in the presence of their photos. Big industries are tricking the banks and the politicians are forcing the banks to give out huge loans. As a result, the banks will be in danger.

Show loans are granted to activists

The loans granted are intended for higher education in foreign countries, self-help groups, self-employment and industries. Loans were disbursed to 73,000 people from one location, which is an honor for the city. This is a government initiative, and not a single person from the party was on stage. Opponents are expected to show if the loans are given to a BJP activist.
