Kristin Lesher appointed Head of Mid-Market Banking at Wells Fargo


SAN FRANCISCO – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) announced today that Kristin Lesher, a 21-year veteran of the company, will lead Middle Market Banking, effective immediately. She reports to Kyle Hranicky, CEO of Wells Fargo Commercial Banking.

Since joining Wells Fargo in 2000, Lesher has held key leadership roles across the company. She was co-head of investment banking coverage at Wells Fargo Securities, where she was responsible for managing corporate client relationships across a wide range of industry specialty groups. Prior to this role, Lesher led regional investment banking services for Wells Fargo Securities and held several executive positions in Wells Fargo’s treasury and corporate development groups, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Lesher holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where she was an FC Austin Fellow. An active member of her community, she is a past chair of the board and currently a board member of Girls on the Run International.
