Denton County shopping and office center sold to Dallas investor
Kobalt Investment Co. purchased Bowery Park, a 65,477 square foot commercial and office building in Highland Village. Built in 2018, the property at 2570 Justin Road is over 93% leased and has been sold by Peak Capital LLC. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Adam Howells and Ryan Shore brokered the sale.
Investor Touro Co. purchased two Irving apartment communities with 524 units. Touro purchased the Asher Park and Rustic Ridge apartments on Walnut Hill Lane. Both apartment communities were built in the 1970s. Institutional Property Advisors brokers Marcus & Millichap, Taylor Hill, Michael Ware, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, Asher Hall and Will Balthrope, handled the sale.
PHP Capital Partners acquired CentrePort Tech, a two-building light industrial complex at 4100-08 Amon Carter Blvd. at the south end of DFW International Airport. The purchase is PHP’s 11th acquisition since launching in January 2021. It purchased 950,000 square feet of properties in D-FW, San Antonio and Houston.
Lang Interests LLC purchased a 12,000 square foot commercial building at 13731-45 Omega Road in Farmers Branch. Leigh Richter and Paul Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the sale.
Western Wealth Capital, a Canadian company purchased the 151 Embry Apartment Homes at 2210 Marsh Lane in Carrollton. Built in 1985, the rental community is Western Wealth Capital’s 21st multi-family acquisition in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The new owners plan to modernize the property.
LFI Real Estate purchased the Methodist Transitional Care Center, a 100-bed, 66-unit transitional care facility located at 109 Methodist Way in DeSoto. Charles Bissell and Evan Kovac of Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the sale.
Hayes Co. leased 712,900 square feet of industrial space at 1285 Akron Way in Forney. Conrad Madsen and Greg Nelson of Paladin Partners negotiated the lease with Cushman & Wakefield.
ChelleComm LLC leased 10,108 square feet of office space in Forest Green Office Park at 11910 Greenville Ave. in Dallas. Jared Laake, Richmond Collinsworth and Elizabeth Hooper of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.
Automation funds signed a 3,426 square foot lease at Tollway Towers on the Dallas North Tollway in Dallas. John Dickenson and Olivia Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.
Cuerisimo LLC leased 2,624 square feet of office and warehouse space at Park Forest Business Center and 10500 Metric Drive in Dallas. Jason Finch and Noah Dodge of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Cesar Hernandez and Mark Pierce of Expansion Realty Partners LLC.
Rave Energy signed a 2,501 square foot lease at Promenade Tower at 300 North Coit Road in Richardson. Jack Beare of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.
H4F investments signed a 2,189 square foot lease at Summit Park on US Highway 75 in McKinney. Jack Beare and John Dickenson of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Natalie Bode of CRESA.
